Deliveries within the EU
DER KOMMISSAR delivers to customers in the European Union by registered post of TNT Post. Your signature is required. We ask you to take this into account when you specify the delivery (at home or work).

We strive to process orders directly the next working day. The delivery time is 2-5 working days. Orders placed durting the weekend will be processed on Monday. Your contribution for shipment varies per country and starts at EUR 5.95.

Not at home?
TNT Post offers your order at your delivery address twice. If your not home to receive your order the second time, the package will be delivered at the nearest Post Office. There, you can pick it up on presentation of your identity.

Track your order online
You can check the status of your order(s) online under 'order status' in your account. When the delivery time is delayed, you will receive a notification timely. You will receive a TNT Track & Trace number from us via e-mail. Together with your zip-code, you can follow your package on Track&Trace.

Has your order a status as 'shipped', but you still haven't received anything after 5 working days? Please contact us, so we can track your order with TNT and inform you about your order.
